Paying for a digital game is not considered to be a good idea by many people, as you do not get any case or physical experience of owning the game, like that in retail games. However, there are people who still like to experience buying digital games.
There is an upsetting news for Xbox One fans across UK who like to buy digital games. Microsoft has decided to increase the price of some of the launch titles of Xbox One. Microsoft increased the UK pricing for Xbox one game launches Dead Rising 3, Froza Motorsport 5 and Ryse: Son of Rome. All these game titles will be charged 5 pound more than previous price. Previously these games were available at a price of 44.99 pound but will now be available for 49.99 pound.
According to a spokesperson of Microsoft, the pricing of the selected digital content has changed in the market since launch. So, Microsoft has also increased the prices however, the pricing and promotion will vary by region.
In a statement to VG247 Microsoft said:
“Yes, pricing for select digital content in some markets has changed since launch. Digital content pricing is subject to change and we may occasionally offer various deals or promotions. Ultimately pricing and promotions will vary by region”
