Just the fact that sixty million smartphones and cellphones get stolen every year should be enough to warrant frequent personal data backups. And yet, 40% of users have either never backed up their data or have not done so in the last three months. Only 24% of users regularly back up their data and devices.
We rely on our electronically-based items a lot more than we give credit to, and take it for granted that we will always have access to our files. But just think about if suddenly all of those things disappeared. All of your photos, music, contacts, and maybe even some sensitive information like taxes and banking, could go missing in the blink of an eye.
Backing up data isn’t the chore that we assume it is. In fact there are plenty of varieties to choose from. From using Cloud services to USB drives, there is a method for everyone.
