3D printing company MakerBot announced their collection of new 3D printers at CES 2014. One of these 3D printers can print up to 10 items at one time. These all-3D printers are wi-fi enabled and featuring the same internal platform, but intended for different audiences.
MakerBot CEO Bre Prettis during a event said,
“We want to empower you to let your creativity out … we don’t know what it will look like, but we’re excited to see,”
MakerBot with its new and adorable model of 3D printing the MakerBot Replicator Mini, a one-touch device for fast printing and is said to take 3D printing to a another level of printing.
The Z18 printer,is intended for industrial use and designed to handle large built volumes. It will hit a market this spring 2014. It lets you print items as large as 12 inches x 12 inches x 18 inches. This printer also comes with USB port, Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity, as well as a built-in camera that lets you share your designs with others. According to Makerbot’s website it has listed the product at $6,499.
